and Economics. He has over 36 years of experience in the Precious Metals Business. He is committed to helping
people protect their financial future in these challenging times. Jim has been a guest on numerous national radio
and television programs. He is an experienced public speaker in economics and has built a team of experts to help
you on-site, online, or on the phone to answer the tough questions and challenges in managing your wealth. Jim is
a member of the ANA and is a Numismatist. With the seemingly unlimited amount of freshly printed currency, Jim
feels it has never been more important to find a way to invest in tangible assets and protect you wealth.

David Fischer, Sales Manager

David brings to Republic Monetary Exchange eighteen years of experience as a physical metals advisor.  Recognized locally and nationally for his expertise in analyzing global financial markets, David is a frequent guest on Entrust’s “Wealth Wednesdays” and KFNN 1510AM’s “Market Close” as well as being a featured guest speaker at events and seminars within the industry.  David’s sophisticated knowledge of historical, current, and potential capital conditions affords his clients an individualized and comprehensive approach to safeguarding and augmenting one’s wealth in today’s turbulent fiscal environment.

Tami Hampshire, Chief Marketing Officer

Tami Hampshire manages the Marketing Department and media relations at Republic Monetary Exchange. Tami has held management roles in Marketing in Arizona, Florida and Colorado. She has worked in media with Clear Channel, CBS, Infinity and Beasley. She has been a General Manager for a radio group in Florida and Director of Sports Marketing at WQAM for Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins and Florida Panthers. In addition to her Marketing experience,
Tami has also held a national sales management position as well as owned her own business. Tami was
highlighted for her accomplishments in business and for her marketing efforts at Republic Monetary Exchange in
Forbes Magazine in 2010.

Lois G. Moore, C.P.A, Chief Financial Officer

Lois manages the Accounting and Administrative departments for Republic Monetary Exchange. After completing her Bachelor of Accountancy at Arizona State University, Lois received her Certified Public Accounting License. Upon graduation, Lois began work at a local CPA firm in Tempe before forming her own company in 1982. With this new venture, Lois specialized in tax preparation and planning, business advisory services, real estate investing and non-traditional investing with IRAs. Lois' practice enjoyed consistent growth and in December of 2008 she merged her business with Frome & Company, PLC. Lois worked as a Tax Manager for the firm for two and a half years.
Lois is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has been a Board Member for the YMCA.
